Where is your shop located?

We operate online only from our office in Lahore (near DHA).


Can I visit your office for purchasing or pickup?

No, our office does not facilitate customer visits for purchasing or pickups. All orders must be placed online and are delivered through courier services.


What are the shipping charges within Pakistan?

How long does delivery take?

  • Lahore: 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Outside Lahore: 2–4 working days

  • Remote areas (e.g., Balochistan): Up to 7 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the courier service and location.


Can I open the parcel before payment?

No. Orders are delivered through courier companies, and the rider is not our employee. Their responsibility is only to deliver the parcel and collect payment.

If you face any issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it as soon as possible.


Is return, exchange, or refund possible?

As we operate on very small margins to offer wholesale prices, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

However, exchange is possible if you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our mistake.


What if I receive the wrong or a damaged product?

We stand by our commitment to deliver exactly what you ordered.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue promptly.


I am a reseller. Can you ship directly to my customer?

Yes. You can enter your customer’s address at checkout, and we will ship directly to them.

Please ensure the address is correct, as it is your responsibility.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may call the customer for confirmation before dispatch. If the order is prepaid, confirmation calls are not required.


If you sell wholesale, why are your prices visible to everyone?

Do you deliver worldwide? How long does it take?

Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx and DHL. Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days.

Will I receive exactly what is shown on the website?

Yes, absolutely.

Minor variations in color or shade may occur due to lighting and screen resolution differences, but the design will remain the same.


How is the quality of your products?

We aim to provide the best possible quality at affordable prices.

Please note that quality is relative to price. A low-cost item should not be compared to premium-priced products.

Do you offer any guarantee or warranty? Will the color fade?

Costume jewelry does not come with a color or lifetime guarantee. Durability depends on usage and care.
