Return & Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • It is returned in its original packaging with tags (if applicable)

  • A copy of the invoice is included

  • The reason for return is clearly mentioned

To initiate a return, you must first contact us at support.gims@gmail.com. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Important Return Instructions

  • Products must be securely packed, preferably using bubble wrap.

  • Any scratches, dents, or damage during return transit will void the return.

  • The company will not be responsible for damage caused during return shipping.

  • If damaged upon arrival, the item will be sent back to you as-is.

Customers must return the merchandise through a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at their own expense.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

All returns must be sent to the address shared via our official email only.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item:

  • Make a continuous uncut video while opening the parcel (starting before opening the package).

  • Email the video along with your receipt to support.gims@gmail.comΒ on the same day of delivery.

  • Claims without proper opening video proof will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it and contact us right away if there is any issue.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for items received in damaged condition.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days (excluding Sundays).

  • Refunds will be issued via your preferred method: Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.


Exchanges

For exchanges, once your returned item is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Processing time for refunds or exchanges is typically 1–3 working days after we receive the returned shipment.
