We want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged

It is returned in its original packaging with tags (if applicable)

A copy of the invoice is included

The reason for return is clearly mentioned
To initiate a return, you must first contact us at support.gims@gmail.com. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important Return Instructions

Products must be securely packed, preferably using bubble wrap.

Any scratches, dents, or damage during return transit will void the return.

The company will not be responsible for damage caused during return shipping.

If damaged upon arrival, the item will be sent back to you as-is.
Customers must return the merchandise through a traceable delivery method (courier or registered post) at their own expense.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be sent to the address shared via our official email only.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item:

Make a continuous uncut video while opening the parcel (starting before opening the package).

Email the video along with your receipt to support.gims@gmail.comΒ on the same day of delivery.

Claims without proper opening video proof will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it and contact us right away if there is any issue.
Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable for items received in damaged condition.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days (excluding Sundays).

Refunds will be issued via your preferred method: Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Exchanges
For exchanges, once your returned item is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Processing time for refunds or exchanges is typically 1β3 working days after we receive the returned shipment.
