Order Confirmation

Once you place your order on our website, we may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm the details.

Please ensure your provided phone number is active and reachable. If we are unable to contact you, your order will not be dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • After order confirmation, dispatch usually takes place within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Delivery is typically completed within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

If any item in your order is out of stock or fails our quality check, it will be removed from your order and the remaining items will be dispatched.

Courier riders may contact you before delivery, so please keep your phone switched on and respond to calls, even from unknown numbers.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, kindly keep the exact amount ready, as the courier rider may not always have change available.

  • Rs. 249 on orders below Rs. 5,000

  • Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days (excluding customs clearance time).

  • All international orders are shipped only after full advance payment.

Please note:

  • Jewelry shipments are currently limited to 2kg per shipment without export documentation.

  • International shipping rates depend on the package weight. Final shipping charges are calculated after order confirmation.

  • As a general estimate, shipping to the USA and Europe starts from approximately USD 45 per kg.
